As an independent provider of neutral services, Lou assists in cases ranging from administrative hearings to workplace disputes, as well as trust and estate matters. His role is to serve as an unbiased third party who can analyze issues, facilitate dialogue, and help parties reach constructive solutions.

Specialized Neutral Services for Complex Cases

Lou’s neutral services include acting as an Administrative Hearings Officer for agencies such as the Department of Health, Department of Land & Natural Resources, Department of Transportation, and the Employee Retirement System. He also provides support as a Fact Finder and Investigator in cases involving EEO matters, workplace violence, harassment, discrimination, and whistleblower complaints.

In addition, Lou serves as a Facilitator-Mediator for organizational, business, partnership, and trust & estate disputes, including strategic planning discussions. His services also extend to intra-organizational conflicts between management, supervisors, and staff. For highly specialized cases, he offers tie-breaking trustee services and acts as an umpire in insurance appraisal disputes, ensuring a fair and balanced resolution.
